Job Description:
- Ensure time tracking, including regular and overtime hours, for all employees.
- Prepare timesheets.
- Prepare and assist processing of the weekly/semi-monthly payroll.
- Verify payroll data before processing.
- Assist and handle payroll inquiries, addressing any discrepancies or concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidential employee records related to payroll, attendance, and other HR and Admin matters.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR and Admin Department.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, HR Management, or any Accounting-related course.
- With at least 1 year of experience in payroll processing or HR/accounting support.
- Knowledgeable in payroll systems and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
