- Process weekly payroll for approximately 90 salaried and hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all payroll changes (new starters, leavers, salary adjustments, overtime, and deductions) are correctly processed.
- Calculate pension contributions along with other taxable and non-taxable additions and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records in line with statutory and company standards.
- Monitor and review Benefits-in-Kind (BIK) and other payroll elements to ensure legislative compliance.

- Liaise with outsourced payroll providers and assist in improving payroll processes and procedures.
