Payroll and Benefits Manager – Surrey, BC. Full‑time. Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
The Payroll and Benefits Manager is responsible for managing, supervising, and executing all aspects of payroll processing for Western Canadian operations, and overseeing employee benefits programs across all Canadian operations, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and customer service.
This role serves as the benefits subject matter expert (SME) for the organization and plays a key part in developing and enhancing payroll and benefits processes while ensuring alignment with federal and provincial legislation.
Key Responsibilities
