Job Summary
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for employees across Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and the UAE, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, payroll vendors, and government agencies to maintain payroll accuracy, resolve payroll-related issues, and ensure all statutory contributions and filings are completed on schedule. The Payroll Analyst also supports process improvements, compliance initiatives, audits, and other ad‑hoc projects to enhance payroll operations and employee experience.
