Requirements: - Responsible of pre-payroll - Responsible of Training in services and benefits to New Hiring - Responsible for the control of Physical Records for all employees. - Responsible for making salary adjustments for all Employees. - Responsible for the Administration of Oracle (withdrawal of accounts). - Responsible for the Administration of Employees Levels. - Responsible for monthly reports of Headcounts. - Responsible for daily reports of Rotation and Absenteeism. - Responsible 100% of the annual holiday schedule. - Responsible for generating and capturing the Annual Assessments (Exempt and Non Exempt). - Responsible for Personnel Attention. - Ensure the implementation of the regulations and policies of the Company. - Active participation in events throughout the year. - Responsible for the Administration of Life Insurance for exempt employees. - Responsible that their decisions and actions contribute satisfactorily with our Quali...
