Purpose of the Job
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and controlling of all aspects of the Company's payroll function in the LATAM region. This includes, but is not limited to, administrative duties involving the development and maintenance of payroll, internal controls and records, and the supervision of the payroll process cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control all aspects of the Company's payroll function; supervise the day-to-day payroll processing and various payroll schedules.
- Review payroll documentation and accounting reports for accuracy through audits, make necessary adjustments, ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations, and maintain all required backup on the People+Talent drive.
