Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting in APAC market.
- Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support payroll and benefits processes in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations.
- Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the finance team and assist with internal and external audits.
- Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop relationships with authorities, including social security, tax, and others.
- Partner and work collaboratively with HR business partners and the HR operations team to enhance the employee experience.
