**What You Will Do**:Main Task:- Calculation and analyze termination payments,- Provide support to HR Specialist and Social Security Specialist:- Keep track of all payroll payments ( mínimal control of payroll, social security quotes, tax, severance, others related to payroll process)- Fill reports all related to payroll process)- Control of disabilities documentation- Support in internal and external audits- Support in Accounting Policy.
**Who You Are**:Required:- Minimum 2 years of experience as a generalist of Payroll and Social Security; with experience in calculation of severance payment; Social Security, Local Taxes, audit issues; and Accountant.
