Audit and process employee timecards and payroll data Support weekly payroll processing for ******* employees Assist with billing audits and invoice accuracy Generate payroll and client reports Communicate with employees in English and Spanish Maintain accurate records across payroll systems 2+ years of payroll experience ~ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy ~ Strong communication skills in English and Spanish California payroll exposure LATAM, Fluent English and Spanish required Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.Compensation: $1,800–$2,200 USD/month (paid as a contractor) PTO: 2 Weeks + US holidays Industry Preference: Staffing, payroll, workforce administration, or other high-volume payroll environments co a 1-2 min video on your background and who you are.
