As part of the Finance team, this role demands meticulous attention when handling payroll and related inquiries. You will be instrumental in processing hourly payroll, updating wage schedules, and addressing both internal and external payroll inquiries. Partnering with the Payroll Manager, you'll also prepare year-end documentation such as T4s and RL1s.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process unionized payrolls accurately and timely
• Set up new employees and manage terminations electronically
• Respond to payroll inquiries from stakeholders
