Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee benefits payments, travel-related expenses, and vendor payments, ensuring compliance with established policies and deadlines.
• Support monthly payroll processes, including salary scale validation, exchange rate updates, system testing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Perform account reconciliations and certifications related to payroll, pensions, and taxes.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, record journal entries, and support recovery of outstanding balances.
