Descripción y detalle de las actividadesReporting to the Accounting Manager, the Payroll Accountant is a key member of the financial team in the organization responsible for a combination of financial functions ensuring legal reporting compliance and other accounting duties and functions across several divisions of the corporation.This position will perform payroll and accounting duties and functions across several divisions.Primary duties will include:- Timely and accurate reconciliation, filing and payment of IMSS, INFONAVIT and State taxes.
- Timely submission of IDSE notices, including variable salaries.
- Timely attention and resolving of IMSS/INFONAVIT notices.
- Coordinate annual IMSS/INFONAVIT audits.
- Preparation of accurate payroll calculations, including Christmas bonus and Profit Sharing.
- Coordinate payment of Profit Sharing to active/inactive employees.
