Payroll Accountant - Reconciliations & SOX Expert (Workday)

ECLARO is seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage payroll balance sheet responsibilities. This role involves conducting reconciliations, preparing analyses, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 3 years of payroll accounting experience, particularly in shared services. Proficiency in Workday Financials and strong analytical skills are essential. The position is based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
