Payoff Supervisor

**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora (On-site)
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:36 PM
**Overview**
Oversee payoff operations, ensuring compliance, performance, and accurate financial execution.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage payoff operations and team workflow
- Approve complex payoff scenarios
- Monitor KPIs and team performance
- Audit payoff calculations
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Escalate trends to leadership
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years in Finance or AR leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
