Payoff Specialist (Hermosillo)

Location: Hermosillo, Sonora
Modality: On-site
Salary: MXN 20,000 gross monthly + performance bonus

What you’ll do

• Review assigned accounts and analyze balances, histories, and billing schedules
• Identify payoff opportunities and calculate approved offers
• Explain payoff options and negotiate agreements with clients
• Coordinate account updates and closeout actions with billing

Requirements to apply

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Billing, or Accounts Receivable
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and filtering
• Full bilingual English and Spanish
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
