Payment Processing Call Center Specialist

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Contact Center Specialist based in Mexico, Ciudad de México. The primary responsibility of this entry-level position is to facilitate payment processing for labor services at supply chain locations across the US. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities include making and receiving calls to truck drivers to collect payments, processing card payments, and keeping accurate records of transactions. A minimum of one year of customer experience is required.
