THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Payment Operations Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders. You will partner with our Payment Operations organisation to help drive data‑driven decisions that improve the quality of our payment systems, making them smoother and more efficient.
The Payment Operations organisation is responsible for ensuring that our customers’ payments flow smoothly. The organisation focuses on resolving issues surrounding the movement of funds, to deliver a fast and convenient payment experience for our customers.
As a Senior Payment Operations Analyst, you will be driving our analytics effort to strengthen our quality assurance and control processes. You will identify how we can evaluate if payment processing flows are done right, and if not, what went wrong with them.
