Responsibilities
- Participate in integration projects with PSPs and payment platforms
- Work with online payments, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles
- Set up and improve cashier UX including payment buttons and instructions
- Oversee day-to-day payment operations, monitoring transactions, balances, and reconciliation
- Analyze payment performance, routing, and key operational metrics
- Collaborate with providers and internal product, business, and support teams
- Maintain stability of payment operations in a multi-geo environment
- Drive operational improvements and payment experience quality
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in Payments Operations or Billing
- Hands-on understanding of online payment systems, PSPs, and technical integrations
