About the role
We are seeking a Payment Administrator to join our Sell‑to‑Clutch team, responsible for verifying customer and vehicle documents prior to purchase, owning customer payment processing, ensuring payments are accurate and efficient, and upholding Clutch’s high standards for our customers.
Work Schedule
- Permanent, part‑time employment (3 days per week)
- Work shift: 8:00AM – 4:00PM or 1:00PM – 9:00PM
- Schedule: Friday – Sunday or Saturday – Monday
- Flexibility required with scheduling
Responsibilities
- Work in tandem with the Sell‑to‑Clutch team to ensure document accuracy, editing, and drafting required documentation to facilitate all purchase transactions
- Minimize Clutch’s risk exposure by preparing customer payments with complete accuracy
- Liaise with our finance team to ensure payments are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
