Payloader

The Payloader Operator is responsible for operating a payloader (also known as a front-end loader) to transport, load, and unload materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and other heavy materials in construction, mining, warehouse, or industrial settings. The operator ensures safe and efficient machine operation while following company protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a payloader/front-end loader operator.
• Valid operator’s license or certification
• Knowledge of machine safety standards and operational protocols.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads and work in outdoor conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
