Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x a week RTO)

Work Schedule: Mid Shift (3:00PM – 12:00AM)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Knowledge of total rewards and global pay structures / policies
• With international support exposure, handled international employees
• Experience in Google sheet, data analytics tools, and Workday
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
