PAX Operations Coordinator

Menzies Aviation in Oslo, Norway, is seeking a Shift Leader–Operations Coordinator to organize daily operations in line with airline service standards and demand. You will oversee staff allocation and the opening/closing of check-in, and provide coverage during breaks while upholding health, safety and company policies.

You will lead by example, ensuring compliance, guiding staff through disruptions, and collaborating with OPS, Ramp, and PMZ to maintain service excellence.
