About the Role

The Paving Superintendent oversees daily asphalt paving field operations, coordinates with owners and general contractors, and organizes crews and subcontractors. The role ensures contracts are completed safely, on time, on budget, in compliance with specifications and customer expectations; provides accurate revenue and cost information to accounting and reviews invoices before release.
