Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sandoz PSP vendors for excellence in customer and patient support. This includes ensuring nurses and Field Case Managers (FCMs) in the scope of Best-in-Class patient support programs (PSPs) for various disease areas are optimally managed.
  • Segment and prioritize centers in collaboration with Sales and aligned with Marketing strategy
  • Engage with senior clinical and managerial staff within key accounts to facilitate dialogue around improvement of Sandoz PSP services
  • Acquire Sandoz PSP related products knowledge, understand and apply related brand strategies and tactics and ensure FCMs execute optimally
  • Gain in-depth understanding of current service challenges on a local and regional basis and remove obstacles
  • Monitor FCM performance, ensure they receive proper coaching and that they are adequately trained on diseases, products, policies and procedures
