Job Description
As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator at NexBridge BPO, you are the first point of contact between healthcare providers and their patients. You will play a critical role in our Practice-to-Payment (PTP) workflow by managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls, coordinating complex medical calendars, and ensuring a seamless entry point into the revenue cycle. Your goal is to maximize provider productivity while delivering exceptional patient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using various Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management Systems.
- Inbound/Outbound Calling: Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism, including patient inquiries, appointment reminders, and follow-up for no-show patients.
