- Will provide inbound and outbound telephonic and SMS texting support
- Will handle general inquiries, simple triage and basic customer service
- Will provide Participant-selected services as stated by the enrollment form
- Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A)
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
- Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude
- Ability to multitask, think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment
- Empathetic and patient focused approach
- High attention to detail, diligence and reliability
