As a Patient Coordinator , you will specialize in assisting daily callers with anything related to their procedures at the clinics. Through inbound or outbound contacts, you will provide a top-notch experience while providing empathy to our patients making sure their experience goes as smoothly as possible.
What You'll Do
- Coordinating and scheduling new patient appointments according to doctors' schedules
- Importing and managing records for new and existing patients
