Patient Care Technician (Durango)

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end‑stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.

• Accredited high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable handling blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
