Patient Care Program Coach & Case Manager

Zuellig Pharma Malaysia is seeking a Program Consultant to join our Patient Care team. You will deliver health coaching, manage patient cases, and ensure timely submission of program documents to support optimal patient outcomes.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, respond to FAQs, and ensure services meet defined levels while upholding data confidentiality and SOP adherence. You will contribute to periodic program reports and share insights with teammates to continuously improve patient
