Patient Care Manager for Surgical Programs

Lead patient-focused initiatives as a Patient Care Manager at our Integrated Surgical Program. Manage team dynamics and champion quality care across various specialized programs.
This key leadership role reports directly to the Director of the Integrated Surgical Program. The Patient Care Manager will oversee Endoscopy, Colposcopy, Cystoscopy, Vascular Access, and Thromboembolism Programs to ensure excellent patient care. You will cultivate a supportive environment for both patients and staff, while driving operational objectives and facilitating inter-professional development.
