Position Summary
Kelowna General Hospital in beautiful Kelowna, B.C. is seeking a motivated and highly organized permanent full‑time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join and lead our Hemodialysis team. This role is central to supporting specialized kidney care services, and we are specifically looking for candidates with a Nephrology Nursing Certificate. This position works rotating days from 07:00 to 15:00.
