Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries
- Support referral processing, pre-authorizations, and status updates
- Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Prepare, organize, and distribute medical reports
Job Requirements
- Accepting applicants who are HS graduates, college level, or college graduates
- No prior experience needed — having experience is simply an advantage
- Must possess good communication skills
- Onsite work setup located in McKinley, Taguig
