We have a full-time opportunity for a Patient Bookings Officer to join our team based within our Auchenflower, The Wesley Medical Centre. You’ll be responsible for the scheduling and booking of patient appointments. This is a rewarding role and a crucial link between patient’s and clinical staff.
More specifically, you will:
Booking and confirming patients for Planning CT, Treatment, Nursing Review, Procedures and Consultations;
Sound knowledge of all Oncology booking and treatment procedures;
Promotion of an efficient, compassionate service to all patients, while maintaining a good working relationship with all staff members;
