Responsibilities
- Personally engage customers to proactively resolve issues impacting account growth or retention
- Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries from physician offices, sales reps, and patients
- Handle inquiries regarding technology, products, costs, billing, and insurance coverage
- Maintain precise documentation of all communications and follow-up activities
- Contact patients via outbound calling and SMS to explain costs and address billing concerns
- Coordinate with medical personnel to obtain missing information for reimbursement
- Manage a customer contact queue and follow a scheduled contact cadence
- Handle 20-30 inbound and 40-50 outbound calls per day
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior client-facing experience
- Background in Inside Sales or Customer Service in a high-volume environment
- Experience using Salesforce
