Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective patients from partner clinics
- Guide clients through the booking process, including answering questions about availability and insurance
- Proactively follow up with referrals via phone, text, and email
- Build trust and overcome barriers for patients feeling nervous or hesitant about care
- Manage high-volume workflows including inbound/outbound calls, cancellations, and reschedules
- Work toward team booking targets and performance goals
