Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital invites applications for a role in providing resource planning support to improve access to care at the Specialist Outpatient Clinic. Responsibilities include handling appointment queries from the Contact Centre, wards and A&E, and assisting scheduling of first visit referrals.

The successful candidate will help reduce lead times, improve capacity and support no-show reduction while ensuring patient information remains confidential in line with PDPA guidelines.
