About Spoon Patisserie
Spoon Patisserie is a busy patisserie based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. We produce a range of high-quality pastries, cakes and desserts for retail and wholesale customers. We are seeking a skilled Pastrycook to join our production team on a full-time basis.
The role
As our Pastrycook, you will be responsible for daily pastry production and finishing, working to consistent standards of quality, presentation, food safety and efficiency.
Key duties
- Prepare, bake and finish a variety of pastries and desserts (including laminated doughs, fillings, creams and glazes)
- Produce cakes and gateaux, portioning and decorating to specification
- Follow production schedules and maintain consistent quality and portion control
