Temasek Polytechnic's Bistro Lab is seeking a Senior Instructor in Pastry to lead hands-on baking and pastry sessions while guiding students in a real-world production setting.

You will mentor aspiring chefs, develop recipes with novel ingredients, and contribute to R&D initiatives, blending culinary arts with teaching and industry innovation.

The ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years in hotel kitchens or large-scale F&B, strong pastry technique knowledge, and a passion for mentoring.
