Pastry Cook (Overnight)

As a Pastry Cook at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, you will be a key member of our culinary team, and work seamlessly with the wider food and beverage team to ensure excellent products for our guests!

This is a full-time, permanent position, starting in June 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $22.45 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the hourly rate would be $26.00.

    Job Duties Include:

    • Prepare, cook and service all food items for a la carte, buffet menus, and individual dishes
    • Organize and manage buffets and banquets, manage kitchen operations
