The ideal candidate has prior pastry experience or apprenticeship, NVQ level 1/2, and a basic food hygiene certificate, with a passion for learning and teamwork within a busy hotel kitchen. You will prepare mis-en-place, support the pastry department, and ensure cleanliness and safety in line with Hilton standards.
