Key Responsibilities Production & Preparation
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and related products according to recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure all products meet company quality and presentation standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all products.
- Develop and test new pastry and dessert items when required.
- Monitor ingredient quality and freshness.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Conduct daily quality checks on all products before sale or distribution.
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) inventory practices.
