We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to help craft exceptional desserts, pastries, breads, and signature creations that reflect our commitment to quality, creativity, and excellence.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and bake premium pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and viennoiserie.

  • Decorate and finish products to the highest presentation standards.

  • Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance across all products.

  • Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Manage ingredient preparation and stock rotation.

  • Collaborate with bakery team to maintain operational excellence.



Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef.

  • Formal Culinary or pastry qualification is advantageous.
