One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai, part of Kerzner International, is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

The role involves preparing high‑quality pastry dishes, overseeing a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency, maintaining cost control, upholding hygiene and food safety standards, supervising junior staff, managing mise‑en‑place, and collaborating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef. The Chef de Partie will also handle equipment, coordinate with other sections, support banquet preparation, develop new recipes, monitor portion control, and maintain accurate records.
