Pastry Chef - Full Time (Bengaluru)
We are hiring a Pastry Chef to lead production, R&D, and quality for our dessert program. The role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to scale recipes while maintaining brand standards.
• IMP - Create and execute recipes - Cookies, compote, brownies, icecreams with consistency and speed.
• Develop new menu items with a commercial + creative lens
• Maintain inventory, hygiene (FSSAI/HACCP), and cost control
• Create batch sheets and SOPs for scalable production
Requirements
• 2–6 years experience in hotels, cafés, patisserie, or QSR
• Strong pastry fundamentals (baking, chocolate, creams, mousses)
• Understanding of costing, mise en place, and yield management
• Portfolio/photos required
Nice to Have
• Ice cream / gelato formulation & production experience (bonus)
