We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive Pastoral Behaviour Support staff to work across a range of educational settings, including mainstream schools, SEMH provisions, SEND schools, and alternative provisions.

This is a rewarding role for someone who can build strong relationships, stay calm under pressure, and help young people overcome barriers to learning. Every day brings new challenges, but also the opportunity to make a genuine difference in a student's life.
