General Description of Duties

• Assist with day‑to‑day operation, supervision, and support of the Payroll Department.
• Provide technical support and training to Payroll Administrators to ensure compliance with board policies and legislation.
• Assist with ongoing special project implementations in collaboration with the Payroll Department and Human Resource Services.
• Review and approve bi‑weekly payrolls for 13 unique payrolls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
