Job Summary
Position: Store Event Coordinator – Edmonton‑South West, AB. Coordinate and facilitate in‑store events, including children’s birthday parties, craft classes, and other special events, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate multiple events (birthday parties, craft classes) within the store.
- Engage with clients of all ages (4–94+) by creating a fun, creative environment.
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants on craft projects, face‑painting, and other activities.
- Facilitate party add‑ons such as goody bags and balloons in accordance with company standards.
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members; adjust plans based on client feedback.
