As a Parts Technician at Alberta AG Centre, you build and maintain the connection between our customers, suppliers, and service teams. You bring parts knowledge, customer focus, and attention to detail to a fast-paced dealership environment where accuracy matters with a positive, collaborative approach.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Service & Parts Support
- Provide exceptional service to internal (Sales and Service) and external customers.
- Look up parts and part numbers for customer equipment.
- Mark and allocate parts for service work orders and over-the-counter customers.
- Prepare quotes, verify pricing, and coordinate delivery timelines.
Inventory & Procurement
Research parts availability through facility inventory and external sources.
