The Role
Responsible for day-to-day support of the business of Parts sales to customersExecutes initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximizes efficiencies including warranty programs and parts operations at the branchIdentify issues and work with branch co-workers to resolve them in a timely mannerProvide training and support for all Parts repsManage parts personnel performance, safety, training and customer serviceWork with customers, suppliers and co-workers to fulfill parts orders and inquiries with service and cost expectations The Candidate
