We are looking for a dedicated Parts Coordinator to be an integral part of the daily operations at our Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga.
What You’ll Do
- Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders, confirming quality, correctness and quantity of parts received.
- Accurately identify necessary parts to complete repairs in the shop.
- Enter all parts and invoices into the body shop software tool.
- Maintain proper parts inventory levels.
- Monitor workflow of the parts department, ensuring work is completed.
- Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership and vehicle manufacturers.
- Source new suppliers that are cost‑effective and provide quality parts.
- Manage processing and administration of parts back‑orders and return‑to‑vendor items.
